Aetna, Cigna, and Husky. We are not in network with BCBS but we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement using your out of network benefits.
What should client's expect when they work with you?
You will feel heard, validated, and understood. You will always feel safe to express your thoughts and fears freely, without fear of judgment. I will create a safe space for you to look inward and identify the areas in your life that you want to improve.
What is your approach to therapy?
You can expect someone who is down to earth, someone who is empathetic and wants the best for you, and I strive to provide a relaxed and safe setting for everyone I have the honor of working with. I help clients examine various thinking or behavioral patterns that are holding them back from living their best life. I provide guidance as they navigate through challenging experiences, empowering them to express themselves authentically.

I have always wanted to help others from a young age; I was the person who challenged bullies and believe in equality and inclusion (equal rights and opportunities for all).

I enjoy working with college aged adults navigating life transitions, parents, and working with individuals who are navigating the complexities of life.
