These methods include EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, IFS, and CBT which are used to assist people with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and more.

Depending on their availability, our therapists offer a mix of daytime, evening and weekend appointments. Telehealth enables you to seek support from the comfort of your own home.

We are in network with Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, Connecticare, UMR, and more in order to ensure our clients can receive high quality care at an affordable rate.

We offer competitive private pay rates, accept some EAPs, and simplify using out-of-network benefits. Please note: We are not in network with Anthem/BCBS.
