Angela specializes in woman in MA who have previous experience with therapy and are returning for a "tune up." She understands that returning to therapy can be a crucial step in addressing new or ongoing challenges. Whether you're revisiting therapy to manage stressors related to motherhood, career uncertainty, or the emotional highs and lows of raising a family, Angela provides a safe and non-judgmental space to explore these concerns. Her warm and approachable style ensures you feel supported, while she offers the tools you need to regain balance and confidence as you continue moving forward in life.
Jess is passionate about helping women residing in CT navigate the unique challenges they face. Whether you're dealing with career uncertainty, pregnancy, or parenting, Jessica provides a safe and supportive space to work through these issues. Jessica has almost ten years experience using CBT and DBT therapy techniques in her work with women.
